It was in a particularly good location steps away from Lincoln. Everything was good, well laid out and newly decorated room with nice decor. I really enjoyed how extremely friendly and efficient the staff was.

Everything was fine, efficient service, ideal location adjacent to Docklands and easily situated for the tram network and surrounding Asian restaurants, Lygon St restaurants, Queen Victoria markets, the Hop-on-Hop-off City Circle tram.

I had arranged that carers Vic were to provide the agreed amount of $236 for the stay. They had rang you about it , but when we arrived I had to find the money to pay as no one knew anything about it.. So maybe next time you can tell me what to do when they offer to pay and have contacted you. Fay L Smith

A window was broken in first apartment, and when I asked to be moved the lady behind the desk on Friday morning on 15th of June was quite rude and abrupt about moving me to another apartment. However the gentleman that was working on morning of 15th of june and when I checked out on Sunday 24th of June was pleasant and helpful.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this centrally located apartment in the heart of the city. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout the property. The staff provided great service with a friendly attitude, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms were well-maintained, with most amenities in good condition. The location was perfect, with transport links all over, making it easy to explore the city.

While there were a couple of negative aspects mentioned in the reviews, overall, this hotel seems to be a decent choice.

This place is conveniently located near Chinatown and it was a pleasant surprise to find a mini-kitchen in the room.
